Club Event Leader
Hey there, friendship-maker! If you love creating fun, welcoming spaces where everyone belongs, then Erin’s Hope for Friends wants you on our e’s Club team! Our staff help bring laughter, games, and genuine connections from teens to adults with high functioning Autism and trust us, it’s some of the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. From hosting awesome themed nights to cheering on new friendships, you’ll be part of the heartbeat that makes e’s Club so special. Ready to make a real difference while having a blast? Chair
Corinne Wells
Corinne is a mom to two young men, one being a e's Club member. Corinne is recently retired from Johnson and Johnson as a Division Manager and with Mentor (J&J) as Regional Manager covering the southern states from South Carolina to Louisiana.

Vice Chair
Darrell Kinkaid
Darrell is retired after 37 years in the food service industry where he held leadership positions in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and new product/process development for Burger King, Arby’s corporations and OK Foods. Mr. Kinkaid has supported mission work over the years and is a certified Stephens Minister.

Treasurer
Darren Horst
Darren is co-founder and board member. He has served in many executive capacities involving sales, marketing and general management in his career, working on major brands like Rubbermaid, Sevin, Amdro and in B2B environments. He and has actively served on multiple boards, committees and leadership teams for non-profits.

Secretary
Stacy Horst
Stacy, a Realtor for 20 years, co-founded a nonprofit after losing her daughter to the effects of autism-related isolation. Through e’s Club, she creates safe, joyful spaces for teens with Level 1 Autism. Her work reflects resilience, compassion, and a commitment to turning personal tragedy into lasting impact.

Facilities Chair
Cindy Zanzig
Cindy Zanzig, PE, is a seasoned engineer and project leader with 20+ years of experience. Deeply committed to supporting children, she’s volunteered in classrooms, mentored students, and led scholarship fundraisers—reflecting her values of empathy, inclusion, and service—while also excelling in construction leadership and mentoring young professionals.

Board Member
Darcy Devine
Darcy is the founder of BuckheadFMV LLC a healthcare valuation and consulting firm who provides a wide range of financial arrangements entered into by physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare entities. Darcy and her big family lives in Newnan, Georgia, Her teenage son is an active e’s Club member. She is passionate for helping individuals with autism build lasting friendships and meaningful community connections.

Outreach Chair
Elena Mangan
Elena is a healthcare professional and Director of National Accounts at Fresenius Kabi, a global provider of essential medicines and technologies in the Pharma, Biopharma, Nutrition, and MedTech sectors. She holds a BBA with a medical concentration from Pensacola Christian College. Elena lives in Cumming, Georgia, with her husband and two teenage sons, including their eldest, who was diagnosed with ASD1.

Legal Chair
Ian Matthes, Esq.
Ian, an Atlanta native, is Regional Managing Attorney and General Counsel for Vernis & Bowling. He earned a BA from Georgia State University and a JD from the University of Georgia. Licensed in Georgia state and federal courts, he brings 20+ years of litigation and insurance management experience. Ian is an autism advocate, husband, and father of two children.

Education Chair
Lorrie Wallace
Lorrie is an experienced educator with two M.Ed degrees in education and in technology, coordinates STEM and workforce development at Georgia Power. She's a mentor, DEI Connector, and community leader active in volunteerism and economic development. A passionate advocate for engaging learning, she lives in Douglasville with her family and enjoys giving back.

Rosalie Contessa-Lavender
Rosalie is the Founder and Managing Partner of Laven Williams Search, with over 15 years in talent acquisition and hiring strategy. She is a parent of an e's Club member and has seen the magic that the programs do for building friends. She and her family relocated to Alpharetta, Georgia from New York to provide better life for the family. She is a passionate energetic advocate to parents on the importance of investing in a child's community.

Executive Director
Elizabeth Hamilton
Elizabeth has 30 years managing nonprofits in a variety of sectors including neurodivergence. She has a BBA in nonprofit management from the Univ. of GA and a MSM at Troy Univ.. Since motherhood, her passion is to support causes that help children. She resides in Roswell, GA with her husband and two children. She owns H2Oh Marketing, LLC to support nonprofits.
